Getting people involved and staying in sport is a priority for us here at Papamoa FC. We endeavour to provide opportunities for all players within our club from community teams through to competitive teams. The linear pathway is designed to give an opportunity to players to progress through our club teams for those that choose. Everyone plays football for different reasons and being able to provide opportunities for all club members is key.
The overraching aim of the pathway is to generate an enviornment where players can move between teams seamlessly to progress their footballing ability should they so wish whilst still maintaining a love of the game whilst supporting the performance of the club at the same time. The linear pathway only begins at Youth level and in some form returns to the past pre covid.
