Papamoa FC takes its motto of "every player matters" seriously. We endeavour to provide opportunities for all players within our club from community teams for the more social player through to our Senior Men's first team and (FCTM) Wahine first team, both playing at competitive levels within the NZF framework.  The linear pathway is designed to give the chance for players to progress through the pathway to find a team that suits each individual player. The overraching aim of the pathway is to to generate an enviornment where players can move between teams seamlessly to progress their footballing ability should they so wish whilst still maintaining a love of the game, strengthening the performance of the club at the same time.
