For us it puts onus on the Board members to act more as a company board, it details dispute resolution processes, it avoids conflict of interest scenarios, it means we must adhere to Tier 3 financial reporting and invariably dectates goverance over active involvment.

Board members are limited in ther ability to hold other membership types. Therefore from the 2025 season and beyond persons on the board can hold a maximum of 1 other membership type whilst holding a board membership.
