Volunteers Needed & Team Allocators

Help Required

Papamoa FC is an extremely large club and requires assistance from a number of additional volunteers to provide much needed support to a limited few.

We are now in need of a volunteer army to support our membership which is likely to exceed 925 players for season 2025.

Availability would be when you are available. An hour is fine. For the 2025 year we have 3 key areas requiring assistance. You can choose or the other or all. It's what suits you.

The 3 areas are;

* Maintenance support(clean/tidy/move goals/maintain goals/general field stuff ),

* Tournament support for our 2 winter tournaments and

* Support at our new clubrooms through either Duty Manager or general support(cook/clean/cater/serve). 

We will add your expression to a Whatsapp Group and post out upcomings through that channel.

Team Allocators Required

Main Duties and Responsibilities.

  • Working within club policy.

  • Assigning players to teams within Friendly Manager or associated systems.

  • Finding coaches and/or managers to assist with teams.

  • Answering any emails within the age grade that may arise, within 24 hours of receipt of email or other communication.

Estimated time commitment. 

Approx 2 hours per week from the beginning of our registration period until the start of the season. No requirement of hours after this period.
