Papamoa Hit the 850 member Mark

For the first time ever Papamoa FC has hit the 850 member mark. Papamoa FC grows circa 60 members each year, in addition of the movement of players to our affilaited club FC Tauranga Moana(circa 30 players per year). All told we have over 1050 members playing at Gordon Spratt reserve accross 80 teams. It has been a harg slog managing a club with this size membership from cellphones, homes and storage sheds but with the developmnet of additional facilities including clubrooms we should be able to gain an enormous amount of efficency. It is likely that we will need to invest further in staff to manage this as we continue to navigate our growth with less volunteers able to invest time due to how busy life tends to be these days.
