We aim to develop skills that are centered around a proactive, effective, controlled and incisive possession-based style of attacking play using individual and combination play to create and score goals. Underpinned by a quick transition mentality and defending through aggressive collective and intelligent pressing.
Our aim is to identify talent and encourage players to participate in dedicated development training sessions that will increase exposure to the game and look to provide the players a pathway to more opportunities in football.
